They'll claim things like pain and suffering, PTSD. Hell, the one asshat might claim whiplash.

I'm hoping it will be laughed out of court. It should be. And yet...

It might even be more preemptive.

The Federalist Society finds an issue they want to fark with, in any sort of news media, then sends the "pro bono" lawyers to back them up and make the arguments to court which pass the FS test. Then the picking and choosing ensues, no matter how many lower courts ruled against it.

I'm expecting several cases which the court either declined to review or which the court disagreed with to suddenly be reinstated as lawsuits, only to be hand picked by the court. Like that religious football coach dickweed.

They are also wearing a DHS patch. But I don't think I've ever heard of DHS engaging protests on the streets. But Trump did try to stick the military on BLM protesters. So he could have sent DHS to crack some skulls.

Second is US, because it's the most ridiculously over the top. And bro with a DHS patch in foreground.
I'm pretty sure the third is actually European. Catalonia from the faces?
Fourth is Venezuela or Colombia because ethnicities and because that riot gear is not nearly tacticool enough to be the US. Feels a bit more Colombia-y.

Gurl, Des Moines is a Democratic Party controlled city.

The police are there at the pleasure of the Democrats.

Thus, the lawsuit probably has the approval of the Democratic Party.

1st is Bolivia (or Bolivian police/gear on loan). PNB is Bolivian.

2nd likely the states, because DHS and English grafitti.

3rd, Hong Kong, but only by process of elimination.

4th, Venezuela, by the flag on the helmets.

So, I'm curious what personal harm they can enumerate for this lawsuit.

After all, police would never abuse the legal system for personal vendettas. Never. Stop laughing. They are beacons of hope to serve the public trust! No, really!

For a civil case, they need to demonstrate that they were injured in a way that money is the viable remedy. People who were sent to prison for crimes generally can't be sued as an additional punishment, but rather as a way to remedy a harm.

The prison sentence and other judicial punishments are the redress to society, as a whole. These guys are just acting like the judicial system didn't punish people enough.

fark them. Brady list them for abuse if process.
