The insurrectionists' clubhouse: Former Trump aides find a home at a little-known MAGA hub

The first rule of MAGA Club is never talk about MAGA Club.

That, and always paying your membership fees and dues.

"Just because some talking head calls it an insurrection doesn't mean it's one - unless there's a campaign to make it look like one," conservative analyst J. Michael Waller says in Newsmax's documentary.

"Hot Gulag Summer," held at the nondescript Capitol Hill town house leased by the Conservative Policy Institute, advertised Jan. 6, 2021-themed cocktails, including the "Capitol Attaquiri," "Insurrection on the Beach" and the "Mostly Peaceful Mojito."

Well, ok then.

Someone should do up the townhouse to look like a school and let the Second Amendment handle the rest.

Pfft. You don't control the crazies. If you think you do, you're either fooling yourself or part of the crowd.

Let's hope they will be a subject of an upcoming hearing, so the DOJ can continue their untarnished record of doing farking nothing.

We need to take a long, hard look at the laws that allow shiat like this to exist. At the same time, we should reconsider why we've allowed a single turtle in congress to have the authority to simply not hold appointment hearings, because he doesn't feel like it.

I love the fact that they want to play both sides, being "patriots" and also "martyrs" at the same time..

It sure would be nice to see some RICO action on groups like this..Since these people all seem
to get together and socialize  at these private clubs, like gangsters, treat them the same way
as the mafioso are treated. If I recall the Gambino people were all tied together as being members
of a private club and that fact was pointed out as part of their association to RICO them.

Your tax forms, as a non profit, donations to it or is subsidiaries are probably a write off been.

Why do these orgs need subsidiaries anyway?

You can't control the crazies. Once you invite them in, they take over. Why? Because they think they've got god's mandate. They're on a crusade. These are the descendants of the pilgrims that were sent over here because they were deemed too crazy for Europeans

They insist on cultivating and pushing theBig Lie onto very unstable, angry, fearful people who know deep down somethings not right but they can't quite understand why as their towns slide into third world hellholes.

These stink tanks don't know the forces they're toying with.

They'll find out when it becomes a raging forest fire of insanity.

By then a lot of people will suffer and die.

he was one of them with the Koch brothers being the big sugar daddies.

They're part of the handful of billionaires who want to destroy infrastructure because they want to save a few million dollars on their taxes and eviscerate regulations so they don't have to spend a few million retooling and...not polluting the environment.

They're all insane. They are helping the US collapse into a hell hole just so nobody will tell them how to spend their money and they will spend billions to save a few millions.

See how insane it all is?

Sad, really, that we have allowed society to create these monsters out of the wonderful little children their parents had.

Hardly "wonderful". These folks are people who's parents either ignored them completely when they were kids except to throw them a new toy when they started acting out, or threatened them with violent retributions if they don't go to church often enough.

Or both. The reason why they're so violently "christian" is that they see that as being the easiest and most lucrative means to wealth and power.

Well I guess I should say the parents would have described them as wonderful. At one time. Once.

Misdirection by the surrounding society has twisted their trajectory.

They are so twisted now... you'll need a screwdriver to bury them...

"They're frauds," said one longtime Republican strategist who has worked for major campaigns and spoke on the condition of anonymity because the person's job could be at risk for speaking negatively. "They claim to be fiscal conservatives, but they've made a living off of generating conservative outrage in order to raise money for themselves."

aka Republicans. Not sure how you could be a longtime Republican strategist and just be figuring that out.
