They may have actually had some intent to subtly criticize, but this is both horrible and utterly predictable.

Given all we know about the CCP, we can conclude that anyone who actively supports the CCP is either brainwashed or is actively evil.

At the end of their two decade prison term, during which they don't want to talk to any friends or family, they'll all decide to move to an undisclosed farm upstate.

Two year prison sentences are the hors d'oeuvres of the Chinese prison system.  I'm honestly surprised they're not aiming for more stringent penalties given the political nature of the alleged crime.

Ok, kind of unclear, but it looks like this isn't being prosecuted by the CDC, but rather by the CDC backed Hong Kong government... explains the relative leniency.

Uh, that should read CCP.

Well, the CDC has been the CCP biatch for the last few years, so it still works.


Scratch that.  I was thinking of WHO.
