I could just send in the actual design paperwork for mine.  It's basically two buildings: the main house and a three vehicle garage, BUT there's a large bonus room over two of the three garage bays and a second-story connector that contains the laundry room. Neither building is rectangular, nor is the laundry room. The front porch and entry are under the laundry room.

I've got renovations going on at home right now. This would help.

I think the wackiest part is they want 100 homes for $100k apiece.

I have an extra 1/2 acre out front I wouldn't mind parking 2 tiny houses on in wine country. I'm tried of mowing that bs.

Hear me out on this: Twitch builds a house. Live stream the whole thing and people can make design decisions by donating. It would be an absolute disaster, but... Ok, it would just be a disaster.

Hear me out. Just one square house/ 888 sq ft
One wall right down middle
Glory holes like 8 of them on one side
7 on the other
Nobody figures out what happened to that one a hole
