Kavanaugh's vote is key because he joined with other conservative justices in the 5-4 ruling to overturn Roe v. Wade

6-3, asshole.  Alito, Barrett, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, Thomas and Roberts concurring.  Breyer, Kagan and Sotomayor dissenting.  Right on Party lines.  Because WHAT THE F*CK ELSE DID THE GODDAMN REPUBLICANS PUT THEM THERE FOR, IF NOT TO DESTROY CIVIL RIGHTS???

Read Roberts's concurring opinion again. Dobbs was 6-3, but Roberts specifically argued for a narrower ruling that left Roe in place. Four justices total opposed overturning it. The other five are asshats, Roberts is just an incompetent Chief Justice.

Not shocking that Jusice McDateRape isn't willing to block a precedent that likely saved his ass from years of child-support payments before.

Surely Uncle Clarence Thomas will sympathize with not mentioning cases that serve his self-interests.

There's only one problem with what judge BeerBro says.

"Travel" is not mentioned in the Constitution. Which means, these chuckleheads will find an excuse to make Gilead happen.

Liberal lies, Beerbro didn't vote to overturn Roe. It's on his calendar, he was boofing with Squeeg, Ronnie, and donkey dong Doug. Bret would never vote to overturn Roe, since it was settled precedent. Conservatives would never lie.

Look its like fatboy barr and trumps quest to overturn the election. Barr is evil but consistently so. The right wing justices are evil, but laws interfering in free travel between states, or trying to enforce one state's laws on other states, is not compatible with their specific brand of evil.

Like those states are going to give a shiat.  They aren't going to bar travel, which is unconstitutional.  What they're going to do is fark you up when you get back if there was a record of your pregnancy.  I'm pretty damned sure were going to see that type of system from some state at some point in the near future that will lead to home tests and no local medical support.  Hmm, will they ban home tests?  I dunno.  I just wouldn't put anything past these religious psychos.

Mississippi is apparently entertaining the notion of requiring sniffer dogs at airports and train stations to detect pregnant women trying to leave the State.

It almost seems like he's trying to play both sides of the ball.

I wonder if it would be possible for Congress to have he and Judge Handmade charged with perjury.  Do we really need impeachment if they can be indicted and charged regardless?

And if so, why the fark hasn't that been done yet?

Because there's only 4 solutions for a SC justice who has lied. 1. They die 2. They resign. 3. They die by less than natural means 4. Congress attempts to impeach the first SC judge in US history while the SC sits as Judge over the proceedings.

1 of those things will never happen. Your choice on which one.

Justice Brett Kavanaugh.....has already perjured himself in front of Congress. Put fancy words in the law barring women from traveling to a different state for an abortion and give him a 6 pack of Natty Light and you bet your ass some women folk will go under the thumb of the law with the SC's blessing.

Plus, he really needs to vote in line with the beliefs of whoever paid off all those gambling debts.
