Yup.. a Peltier junction device.. thought so... no moving parts, runs on a battery.. one side gets cold, the other side gets hot...   a toy to stimulate the imagination...

There is no way that this device can cool you with a Peltier module for more than a few minutes unless Sony has developed some sort of miniature fusion reactor. Those things pull an exceptionally large amount of current to operate. It's just cooling you in a way that makes you have the illusion of it doing more than it is.
