Could not get into that, at all. Wife and I gave it about 30 minutes to hook us in somehow, but nothing. We were so bored. Glad other people enjoy it, just wasn't my thing.

There is a a real potential for an Abbot-and-Costello-Who's-on-first style routine here involving this series, the "Saw" movie franchise, and whether or not one has viewed them.

Ready? Go!

a show that cannot manage to crack into the cultural conversation in any way

Put it on a streaming service people actually have.

Those following See know that this show chronicles a warrior in a post-apocalyptic landscape several generations after an epidemic wipes out most of humanity. However, the descendants of the two million survivors no longer have their sense of sight. Momoa plays a warrior and tribal leader charged with protecting two infants that can see

How...how can anyone tell?

They win peek-a-boo every single time.

The entire concept sounds ridiculous. Are people evolved into Daredevil or Book of Eli in order to have any chance of any inkling of familiar society surviving in which everyone loses eyesight and you still have tribes and warriors?

Sort of? It's implied that some folks have evolved enhanced senses.   The concept sounded absurd to me and it took me a long time to get over the concept and the way some things are portrayed in the show.    Blind archers? Tribal life but with symmetrical ... anything?  Discovering how some old technology works that clearly requires sight?

Yeah.  But the show was really damn good if you can sort of tuck that outrage away.

This wasn't an issue for Ted Lasso or Severance.

I guess it's me then. I haven't heard of those two either.

/not trying to be edgy, has pretty much every other service
//still cheaper and more reliable than cable

You need to at least sign up for a free trial so you can experience the fun of a Waffle Party.

For All Mankind is also great. It starts slow, gets a little bogged down with some melodrama, but it is a really fun alternate history story.
