Habit. You are at an airport and have the choice of standing next to a Cinnabun for an hour without a cinnabun or breaking down and buying the Cinnabun.

Granted, that's the only time I buy cinnabuns. I might have bought them at malls back in the day, but why would I be in a mall now? Can't imagine driving specifically to buy a cinnabun, but somehow they stay in business.
