Listen, he's angry.  He married a white woman with a stupid fetish.  She is really turned on by Clarence, Alito, Trump, Cruz, Gosar, Gaetz, all the dumb-dumbs.

Thomas will not forgive liberals for pointing out what a horrible person Thomas is. Got it.

Eh, we'll call it even.  I'm the one who left that pubic hair on his Coke.

Last seen sitting at a taxpayer funded $20,000 dinning room table with Ben Carson. (Ben's wife still under the bus).

NYT: Clarance Thomas Said

According to a report re-published by The new York Times,

I hate The Daily Boulder.

This seems like a bias that should force him to recuse himself, doesn't it?

The tree of liberty is looking mighty thirsty for patriots. Someone should water it.

Come after my wife and marriage, I might be willing to get a can.

/I'm obliged legally to say this is a joke.

Developing our own version of the Fox News tribe is one of the worst things that's happened to liberalism in my lifetime.  The way Fox News conservatives think and behave is wonderful for sowing fear and maintaining status quo or regressing.  It's terrible for winning people over and making progressive change.

"The liberals made my life miserable for 43 years,"

If the "liberals" hadn't freed the slaves you'd still be one asshole.
If the "liberals" didn't bring about civil rights changes you wouldn't be a judge right now.
Etc. Etc. Etc.

2022-06-25 5:58:54 PM
The "fun" part is his liberal anger is only feeding the white power christo-fascist block that not only want to subjugate women, but people of color. Him losing EVERYTHING because of his petty bullshiat... I hope, if this shiat isn't somehow snuffed out quickly, I live long enough to see that..

What ever happened to plausible deniability?

The direct translation of the Russian above is: "We didn't live and won't let you either" or  "We did not live good, and will not let you as well".

You don't get more Republican than "My life is / was miserable so therefore yours shall be as miserable as mine."

Fsck this illegitimate court. Fsck Thomas. Uncle Ruckus-ass king clown wannabe.

He doesn't have to.
There is a process to impeach and remove him, but, you know....

I remember when "legislating from the bench" was a complaint from the right.

If the last two days has managed to do anything, it's to make all of America understand how much power the Supreme Court has actually assumed for itself, and why it's dangerous. The angry people today didn't complain about the original Roe v. Wade decision. They didn't complain about Obergefell v. Hodges. They didn't complain about National Federation of Independent Business v. Sebelius. They celebrated.

These were all liberal victories in the court. They were celebrated as an achievement, like someone worked for it. How no one assumed that if the court's political makeup shifted then their decisions would shift is beyond me. The Supreme Court is not a legislative body, but for the past 40 years we've been using it like one.

The only good thing about yesterday's decision is that the people who have been using it for years to implement their idea of "how it should be" finally understand what it feels like when someone else wins and how their tactics can be used against them. It's an illustrative example of how gaming the courts can backfire.

Hopefully, this will lead to a weakening of the court, which has claimed far more power for itself than the constitution ever provided. Nine people should not have this much control over the country. Fark, even if you pack the court, 100 people should not have this much control over the country.

There may be enough votes to impeach him, but there are not enough votes to convict.

On an MSNBC show last week, guest Rep. Ilhan Omar pronounced Clarence and Ginni's last name "Thompson" at least three times. I cringed.

So he's a petty, spiteful human being? Gee who would have guessed.

2022-06-25 10:30:48 PM
Anita Hill warned us. And we didn't listen.

And Joe Biden didn't f*cking help.

/and then there's that hideous crime bill. Go back and listen to his speeches. They're f*cking chilling. He sounds like a goddamned Republican.
//and then there's his full-throated support for the Republican bill making student loans non-dischargeable
///wait, he's not a Republican?

2022-06-25 10:31:37 PM
If republicans retake the Senate and presidency, they will impeach him and replace with a white man. Same with ABC.

2022-06-25 10:32:05 PM
Look, if he wants to being back the '50s, he's gonna have to go after interracial marriage as well.

2022-06-25 10:32:22 PM
That's a political statement about the execution of his duties. That absolutely deserves impeachment.

He's not legislating from the bench.  He's campaigning to choose which cases he can dictate from the bench.
He's Dictating.  Partisan rule is being dictated from a sham court by members unqualified in several principles that were once believed to be the foundation of honorable and coherent legal decision-making.

2022-06-25 10:33:11 PM
Wow, that sounds exactly like someone whose qualified to interpret the constitution. . .

Well he can't stay out of the public eye forever. And if he didn't like the way liberals before he's really not going to like it the next time he goes out on public.

No. I dont do research.

When a guy is so henpecked he will dismantle liberal democracy all the way back to banning interracial marriage, just to be rid of his whir wife.

2022-06-25 10:40:35 PM
The tragedy of the remora.

mikalmd: That statement should be enough to impeach him ..

You need 60 REAL democrats in the Senate to impeach him. You could have authenticated video of him raping, torturing, and murdering a child and you couldn't impeach him now.
November 2022 will probably be the election that begins our end.
If the turnout in the primaries are an indicator, fewer than half the electorate will even bother to vote.
The real problem is not the 30% that want to destroy our country, or the 30% that want to stop them.
It's the 40% that don't give a rat's ass as long as there is beer in their fridge, DWTS on Teevee, and gas in the tank of their shiny shiatwagon.
They are what is killing this country.

A traitor to the United States says what?  He and his POS traitor wife need to DIAF.  Pure human garbage.

People like this are miserable themselves so they enjoy the company.

2022-06-25 10:43:39 PM
When, not if, when a challenge to Obergefell comes before SCOTUS - he all but rolled out the red carpet for it - I hope the lawyer against the state looks him square in the eye when he or she inevitably brings up Loving v. Virginia.

2022-06-25 10:43:48 PM
Surely the very idea that you're doing things just to piss off a certain group of people isn't the right mindset of a Judge in civil liberties? Correct me if I'm wrong, but  isn't the entire point of a Judge is someone who can be free of bias in any case and make sound rulings? Isn't the fact that you hold a grudge grounds to recuse yourself from the bench?
