If only humans could reproduce with themselves....

If an insect has a higher rate of mutation it might get away with non-sexy selective pressures. Bad mutations die, good mutations make a dominant population.

I can see why they haven't had sex in 250,000.

They look like Karl "Swanson TV Dinner" Tucker, as if they were straining at hermerroids whie ****ing in their pants.

Po-faced has a new, scatological meaning than it has long had.

Haa anybody thought of boycotting Swanson as well as Fox 666?

Answering my own question, as is my wont, yes, lots of people have thought of boycotting Swanson for Tucker but here is why this is useless:

Damn. Wishful thinking I guess. Like boycotting Tom Cruise in hopes of correcting Ted Cruz.

This means nothing.

Sexual-selection doesn't necessarily cause or promote "good" mutations. Just looknat peacocks. The males are completely screwed over with that massive plumage they have to drag around. All sexual-selection does is promote mutations that look good to the other sex. A lot of which can be detrimental to the individual.

A species also doesn't need "good mutations." If it is in a stable environment, it can just stay as it is.

Plus the fact that selective pressure of any kind inhibits the degree of evolution that can take place, not promote it. Why? Because every selective pressure applied reduces the number of viable mutations.

Immaculate conception?  Maybe the basis of a religion.

So they're all clones. Now if they could only pass along the memories of their predecessors, that would be smartest bug ever, man.

Yet you seem to be such an off-brand locust.

Crap. I knew this was inevitable once Hollywood started remaking old TV shows and moves with lesbians. Now, nature is doing it too.

It's a slippery slope.
