So you're a steampunk retroculture edgelord who listens to wax cylinders and 78s, drinks Old Fashioneds and shaves with a straight razor. If you're not drinking radium water for youth, GTfOMFWTBS

>"The problem is when you push the cells back too far [in their life cycle], they don't know what they're supposed to be," says Levine. "And then they turn into all sorts of nasty things like teratoma tumors."

Well duh?  They don't just work on DNA and a single stimulus - they're dynamically interacting with their environment.  The environment of a fully grown adult is vastly different from that of a fetus, so you're going to have problems.

But since this is already understood, I expect Levine was just dumbing down the quote for a pop science reporter.

That's what they want you to think.

I read Bill Bryson's "The Human Body" recently.  Humans did some farked up shiat in the olden days.  When they discovered you could do blood transfusions, they started injecting all sorts of shiat into their bodies.  Things like blood from other animals and mercury.  Yeah, a lot of people died painful deaths because .... I don't know, just because.

That article gave me cancer.

Peloton is paying a lot to exersize.  It will be healthy for you, unless you sign up with an ex-crossfit trainer who convinces you to go nuts.  Or leave it in the sun room as a decoration (but even then will be healthier than radium).

For modern crazy health fads, try Goop.  Or scrotum sunning.  Or anything Q recommends.  There are plenty out there.  Peloton might even work for some people, Goop and radium won't.

I mean, if you drink radium water there is a very good chance you'll never age. That's technically true
