Another Government Employee: A modern example of how the Roman Catholic Church amassed so much wealth. Assume the late priest's Estate belongs to the church in its entirety because of the Vow of Poverty.

And if that doesn't work, institute a Vow of Chastity so that priests don't have any pesky heirs demanding their share of Dad's stuff.
