Big wins  and while he is a disgusting excuse for a human in the form of an aged Chuckie doll...staying in the courts means...

discovery.

So he will either sign a rich rich rich settlement or if he wants to burn the NFL down he can go down that path...order popcorn by the bushel if discovery happens because there might be a baby formula like shortage if it gets that far.

I believe I speak for everybody when I say I hope he chooses option b.

I tell ya Jaws, I really like this judge.  He's got a high motor.  He's a real scrapper.  He's got what it takes to adjudicate against The National Football League, and I just love watching him!

I don't like Gruden, but I hope he is able to bring the league down several pegs.

I'm sure "arbitration" in the NFL's world would be "Goodell, or someone closely associated with him, gets to decide".

Gruden is an asshole, but taking money away from Mark Davis can only be a good thing.

Gruden doesn't need the money had get from a settlement.

But being used as a sacrificial lamb top distract from the Snyder situation, it makes one wonder what else the NFL is hiding. And since Chucky seems like he's an especially vindictive f*cker right now, I can't wait to see the fallout!

"This judge is an ADJUDICATOR!"

Gruden's not suing the Raiders or Mark Davis (they settled the coaching contract / termination prior to Gruden filing this lawsuit) other than as a member of the League, so his claim against Davis is no different than his claim against Clark Hunt.

So much all this.  I presume the most damage would be against Snyder, but ya never know until you see it...

Not even the League's high-powered attorneys can defend against the mighty Spider 2 Y Banana.

"Jon Gruden wins two early legal battles vs. NFL as judge denies motions"

pre-snap penalties are mental errors. nfl needs to simplify their offense when crowd noise gets like this, switch to a silent count maybe. just trust the cadence and play smarter

He's the first one in the court at the start of the day and he's the last one to leave

Goodell *is* the arbitrator in such cases, which is why Gruden is making sure this case stays in the courts, where he can get someone *not* employed by the owners to ask the scary questions the NFL doesn't want anyone to get the answers to, and to find all the evidence the NFL wants to keep buried in a corn field in New Jersey.

Former Las Vegas Raiders head coach Jon Gruden scored a couple of victories in a Nevada court Wednesday, as Judge Nancy Allf denied the NFL's motions to dismiss his lawsuit against the league

remember allf?  she's back, in judge form!

Not defending Gruden, but he was a scapegoat and a distraction.  Discovery is what the NFL wants to avoid, which I hope they can't.  They went after Gruden specifically so there is other stuff at play here.
