Woodford Reserve used to let you bring a bag and collect up some of the charcoal that came out of the barrels when they poured them out. (But this was 20+ years ago)

As I've seen Jack Daniels charcoal sold in stores (and they're the same company), I suspect they don't give it away for free anymore.

Exactly. I drink Miller Lite because it doesn't taste like anything.

I sometimes marinade ribs in a beer mustard, vinegar mix, but it never light beer. Cheap malt beer is the best at it
