Was expecting an article about people losing those little ones and requiring medical assistance.

1) If women's partners - and specifically their male partners* - were better at teh secks, they mightn't need to outsource their orgasms. (That said, single people with vaginas also exist, and solo orgasms are just as valid.)

2) I (briefly) dated a woman who had a prescription dildo. This was 10+ years ago, but I think it was something about her vaginal muscles taking too long to relax? Anyway, "prescription dildo" was the topic of a whole conversation we had.

* not sure if it's this study or a different one that said that something like 90+% of people with vaginas reach orgasm via masturbation, it's close to that when their partner also has a vagina, and down to like 60-65% when their partner has a penis

I don't have a vagina, but maybe I should ask my doctor about a prescription vibrator anyway. My pelvic floor is a mess!

My past partners have been impressed with the abilities that I developed from rapid button tapping in the days of the Atari & Nintendo, followed up by mouse tapping in Doom, Marathon and such in the days before those control pads that you could program to do it.

I can't explain the technique for the fingers well, but I also know that I can vibrate my whole arm if I tense up the muscles and then start to intentionally shiver

But you have to experiment to figure out what they like, and where to place your fingers for best effect

Never thought to try that during sex because... well,it's just weird to clench up like that during sex to get that effect and I can't imagine it being as good as a tongue, but I have that same skill, for the same reason.

Not during sex, during foreplay.

It's easiest if you're behind them, so spooning, sitting in your lap, or laying up against you on the couch.  Once you have them turned on from whatever other foreplay, reach down and do it.

Mix it up with other motion, as I've had comments that they can go kinda numb if I do it for too long.

If they're sensitive enough, it can even work on top of clothes (alternating between that and other groping), which is useful when you're dating someone who's a bit of an exhibitionist
