This tells me that the Transfer Portal is less of a pain the ass than LeBron.

Why the hell was Giant Will Smith in the running for the farking Lakers job in the first place?

At this point I'm seeing people saying make LeBron be the coach and end the charade.

Lakers GM Rob Pelinka is a college teammate of Howard's. Why Pelinka thought Howard would be interested in leaving Michigan, which would involve bailing on coaching his two sons, is another matter.

Juwan loves LeBron. He just loves Michigan more.

Did I just watch you rape and murder irony and leave it in a ditch on the side of the road?

I don't think that coaches should be hitting other people, that my expectations for the behavior of Michigan employees are apparently higher than those of a Michigan fan is not surprising. Surely you're not sanctioning violence, correct?

And now it's a Penn State thread.

Or Baylor, just trying to keep it in conference

It's unfortunate you happen to share the name of a violent asshole coach... One might think you were honoring him, but surely that is just coincidence

I'm not trying to honor anybody, I'm just attempting to help people come together to take a stand against bad influences on not only the young men on Michigan's basketball team but more importantly the youth of America who have their behavior shaped by these regrettable acts of violence.

WoodyHayes:

Let's talk about Bo and his 'motivation' techniques towards bench olers and practice squad guys

I didn't say you were honoring him, I'm sure it's only a coincidence you took his name as your username. I'm sure you must just share the name in real life, because otherwise, you took the name of a violent, reprehensible idiot who disgraced his profession. Are you saying you took the name to remind people that Woody Hayes (the coach) was an asshole? How does that work?

You kind of have me curious as to your logic in taking that name, especially AFTER it was well known Hayes was a violent disgrace, if you feel the need to voice your disgust at the Michigan fanbase over the strawman that we somehow support Howard and idiots like him. Hypocritical indeed.

Personally, I have no problem if they released Howard. I also don't feel the need to fellate Bo's legacy, either. I'm not thrilled Howard is returning, but I'm not a donor with deep pockets (well, not a donor at all), so I don't get much of a say in the matter.
