beezeltown: Um, wasn't that the intended result? Slow things down a bit?

I'm not complaining about the 30% jump in value for my house over the last year or so, but it's also made it about impossible to buy a place we really want to live in. Hopefully 6-12 months of weird grinding it out will get us back on less insane economic ground. We'll see.
