Apparently Boeing is immune to regulations, but SpaceX isn't.

Apparently Boeing is immune to regulations, but SpaceX isn't.


Boeing is subject to all the same rules SpaceX is. They just don't go blowing up a number of rockets around endagered species habitat and violating FAA orders not to fly because their claimed blast radius wasn't big enough.
