Planning on grilling out today, but didn't know it's a thing. TIL!

Vudukungfu - the real secret to ribs is garlic aioli with a generous amount of Old Bay. Really seals in the flavor.

Grilled tri tip on Saturday, chicken yesterday, and the foil pan I use to keep the grill "clean" was still usable, so maybe got another cook in this week.

FYI, be careful when you switch charcoal. The bigger lumps can throw off your timing by a lot more than you realize.

Tried dry aging in an umai bag. 45 days on a cheap roast beef. Just a test.

Delicious (if a bit overcooked) and good for sandwiches this week

Since Bologna was mentioned, Koegels Garlic Bologna in the sausage/chub style will make you rethink the often derided lunchmeat.
