(Counton 2)   Today is National Chocolate Chip day, not to be confused with National Chocolate Chip Cookie day. Confused you won't be after this episode of Soap, which is not an ingredient in chocolate chips unless you shop at the Dollar Tree   (counton2.com) divider line

Made peanut butter choco chip pancakes for breakfast thankfully. Don't think I want to make choco chip burgers for dinner.

Soap, which is not an ingredient in chocolate chips unless you shop at the Dollar Tree

And may also be an ingredient of Kirkland's (Costco) semi-sweet chocolate chip knock-offs of Nestle's semi-sweet chocolate morsels. They either add soap or paraffin, cuz they sure have a waxy taste. We had to buy the Kirkland chips to make Christmas chocolate chip cookies during Covid Year 1. Bleech.

None of the national days are official in any sense. It's just some made up stuff.

Bring back 'Soap'! Or even better, re-run the original!

I made brownies with chocolate chips in them. At the time, I didn't even know what day it was.

Well, I knew it was Sunday. I just didn't know there was a nationwide excuse for such desserts.

And oldschool tv allusion served with a dollop of shade? Loving this slightly-train-wrecky headline, Soapmitter!
