I own a TV. It is a 13-inch vintage black and white RCA TV.

Software issue fixable via OTA and only applies to cars that are just about to quick charge or in the process of quick charging, meaning they're stopped. Wonder why we just get clickbait horseshiat about the company that makes 100% EVs...

So very strange.

"A lagging or restarting CPU may prevent the center screen from displaying the rearview camera image, gear selection, windshield visibility control settings, and warning lights, increasing the risk of a crash," the NHTSA says in its notice."

So, it's just the center screen?  Why would there be risk of a crash?  You can still use the normal controls for this, right?

Also, "windshield visibility control settings?"  That's wipers right?

It also appears to be before or during quick charging sessions, meaning you're stopped. I think the concern is that the CPU may not be cooled down enough by the time someone is ready to drive. It's minor, but of course we need a big clickbaity news story about it.

Wait until they add quick charging for non-Tesla cars.  Have to regulate more power, some more goes to the heat sinks unless you are careful.

Just about every EV launched in the last two years supports DC Fast Charging. Some like the Kia EV6 can even do 350W fast charging because they are on a 800V platform, unlike Tesla which is on an older 400V platform.
