Yes to both.

I thought the idea was to make the USFL popular through TV and then maybe build local fan bases next season. If half of the games are on a pay streaming service doesn't that kinda mess up the plan?

Does anyone think this is going to last beyond this season, or maybe the next?

Will Fox and NBC bother to keep this semi-pro league on the air, despite last week's games being beaten in the ratings by Day 3 NFL Draft coverage on the NFL Network?

How much is whoever is approving these threads getting in payment for doing so, trying to promote this turkey?

Yes, lets put the fledgling league on a channel that most people don't have.

"Shucks - turns out I have to get Peacock if I want to watch this USFL game" - said no one ever.

And as I said in the previous thread, the games aren't consistent at all either.

One week it was 2 games on Friday and 2 games on Saturday.  The next week it was 2 games on Saturday and 2 games on Sunday.  The next week there was 1 saturday, 2 sunday, 1 monday game.  This week it's 1 friday, 2 saturday, 1 sunday.  It doesn't make any freaking sense.

And every week it's different times, different networks, different services... like who the hell decided all of that?  Who thought that was a good idea?

/And yeah, people will probably pay for peacock premium (or in FS1's case, you literally need cable, that's not even a streaming service) for the NFL... but for the USFL?  No freaking way.

I see the comment count on this thread matched USFL attendance again this week.
