I don't know why anyone would think that someone who is paid millions by the owners to protect the owners wouldn't be a fair arbitrator in a lawsuit against the owners.

meanmutton: The whole lawsuit is ridiculous on its face. The NFL has a great program for advancing minority coaches which has resulted in this dude becoming the head coach of the Miami Dolphins:
