They should make a conversion worth ten points if a lineman kicks it

Each team gets to use this play once per game:
On offense the two guards will be the snappers. There will be two quarterbacks, and two footballs. The two guards snaps the balls and the two QBs put them into play. The defense has to cover both plays simultaneously. Whichever play nets the better result counts.

Kick: 1pt
TD from 2yd: 2pt
TD from 10yd: 3pt

That's cool. But why stop there?

TD from 20yd: 4pt
TD from 30yd: 5pt
TD from 40yd+: 6pt

From 10 yards out? Too close. A lot of times, you'd rather pass from there than the 2 yard line. More space to cover by the defense.

They should send a check for $3.76 to the NFL for good karma.

Did I need seven of those things? No. Did I want seven of those things? Yes.

I've still got the HeadBlade with six razors on it for when it needs to be perfect but after the second time of slicing myself pretty good in the midst of an ill-advised rush job like the idiot I am, I figured I should pick up a sufficient bench player.

Everybody gets a football!  Everybody scores a TD!  Everybody wins!

Please.

Stop trying to make this joke a thing.  All it's going to do is be a pale comparison to a league Gen X'ers are nostalgic for.

They should make filed goals of 55+ yards count as 4 points.

If you're going to score more than 2 points on a try after touchdown, the offense ought to have progressively fewer players on the field.

3 points = 10 players
4 points =  9 players, etc.
