Nose diapers everywhere! Seems to me that is a company health code violation, right there.

Over at Haribo's plant, specifically the sugar free wing.

I love visiting the factory whenever I'm out in the SF Bay area.   Nothing like buying a large bag of "Belly Flops" to bring back home.

Costco sells a 4 lb canister of 49 assorted flavors for $19.  Best deal I've found on those little morsels of candy goodness.

I literally use "plating" tweezers (that I bought for olive/pickle jars) to pick out the good flavors. My brother/parents will eventually get through the crappy flavors, although it takes some time.

I have a coworker that did the tour and really liked it. Plus you can buy direct there, and they have mess ups you can buy. There is some clever name for them, but I think it is kind of like the mystery airheads, whatever got messed up is mixed together.

They sold belly flops at a discount store near the junior college. Used to be MacFrugals, now Big Lots, and often had big bags of candy cheap.

When I went back for journalism classes, I filled a peanut jar with jellybeans and wrote Help Yourself on the lid. I kept it refilled with various discount candies I got cheap.

Then one day i mixed skittles, m&ms, and reeses pieces in the jar. Good times.

It would be fun making candy.

That is a lot of work for useless excess sugar. Though my inner dead child is swearing buttered popcorn was the superior flavor.

Now the caffeinated ones? farking bomb before a marathon or while hiking. Then it's sugar and caffeine.
