Of COURSE they didn't. TFG doesn't care about that. He cares about the announcement--which, they probably agreed to $50B that they were never going to buy, but since TFG can't just say a number without multiplying it, he announced $200B. Doesn't matter. To him, the announcement is the deal. It's done. Mission Accomplished.
