I've always thought that was bullshiat. They planned from the start to re-release "classic" coke because they knew it would bump sales. The whole thing was a scam to boost profits.

It's pretty sad when your entire identity is based around a diet soda (or any corporate product, for that matter).

I can't recall the last time I saw Tab in a store. Seriously, I think it's been decades.

When I was in high school there was a field trip where we went on a hike.  I was part of a group that got down first and there was word that a student had wrenched an ankle at the top and needed help getting down.  I offered to go help and asked if there was any water I could take back up.   The answer was no but they handed me a couple of cans of warm Tab.  I chugged one and it just foamed in my mouth and made me even more thirsty.  I left the other cans there.  Haven't had it since.  Awful stuff.
