I've tried suggesting offering poutine to local kebab places but they're not convinced. They have the fries, they have cheese (maybe not the proper type) and they have gravy. I haven't had proper poutine since the last time I was in Montreal though I do make my own similar dish.

/We have Tim Horton's here now though.
