Rimsky's was doing espresso way back before it was common. Every table is decorated in honor of a different composer. The desserts are great. Be sure to visit the bathroom.

Founded by the same people who created the author-themed Sylvia Beach Hotel on the Oregon coast. In the Before Times we went every year on our anniversary.

CSB: I am comped for life at Rimsky's because when the Sylvia had an important anniversary there was nobody to put together a commemorative book of the notebooks left for customer comments. Goodie mentioned. I volunteered and spent four days locked in the Dr. Seuss Room with a scanner and an old copy of Pagemaker.
