Curious to see what happens when one of the athletes starts spouting off. They can't disappear them, and most of them aren't compensated enough to force them make a contrite apology video like that spineless twerp Cena did.

Why is everyone so convinced this is a thing that will happen? Didn't happen for the summer games in China, didn't happen in Russia, it really just doesn't happen.

The athletes are there to compete in an event that is the summit of their career. They aren't going to fark it up to make a political statement that will change nothing.

That was in fifty years ago and they weren't protesting the host country. Throw some names out, which athletes do you see protesting China, in China?

To be fair forced happiness seems to be less of a communist thing and more of an Asian cultural thing.   In Japan and Worst Korea workers are forced to sing daily happy songs about the companies they work for.   In China and Best Korea they do the same forced happiness except the happy songs are about the state.

I never said they were. Just wondering what host countries will do if/when it happens. You made it sound like protesting at the olympics just didn't happen. It does, all the time. I pointed it out and you narrowed your focus in order to continue arguing.

Its like they chose two people who could pronounce the "L" sound, but didn't care about their grasp of the rest of English.

Why do the two main singers look like they are wearing someone else's face?  I'm getting the same uncanny valley thing that happens when looking at bad CGI.
