austerity101: I hate that, looking at the headline and subheadings, I can't be sure of which of the following this article is about:

- Democratic senators legitimately trying to assess prison conditions on behalf of inmates and being stonewalled by the prison employees

- Republican senators suddenly concerned about white terrorists' treatment in prisons and being assholes to prison employees

"Happily," in this case, it's the former.


Ugh, I didn't read the article before I posted. I need to get to bed.
