Well, death *does* provide immunity to diseases. This is just truth in advertising.

That's what I love about eating these elderberries, man. They get older. I stay the same age.

Hey, could be worse.

When Coca Cola first tried to market Dasani bottled water in the UK, they got hit by two scandals in a row:

1) It was revealed that it was literally London tap water
2) Except in the process of their "highly sophisticated purification" they ended up introducing carcinogenic chemical compounds.

"It's not just regular tap water, it's tap water that we modified to give you cancer!" isn't exactly a catchy marketing slogan.

Also, lots of different fruits contain cyanide -- apple seeds and cherry pits contain it as well, so if you don't remove them before throwing them in a smoothie you'll have the exact same problem as these elderberries.

Just smoke some cigarettes.  The smoke will suffocate the bacteria in your stomach.

I hope the store didn't sell one to a mid-level fund manager.

Any food product or supplement that claims or implies that it can boost your immunity is 100% a scam, guaranteed. That's not how the immune system works.

Significantly boosting it may be bull, but it IS well known that various deficiencies depress it. So, "boosting" it back up to where it should be is sort of a thing.

In alternative medicine, cyanide is good. It "cures" cancer.

I thought elderberries were illegal in Canada because of the risk of cyanide?

Same goes for removing 'toxins', cleansing whatever, etc.
