and they'll enforce the rules until it interferes with the sports entertainment, then they will adjust them accordingly.  but i guess you gotta make it look like you'll be tough at the beginning of the season

So now we know the demands of the other manufacturers NASCAR is trying to get to enter the series. Sounds like they aren't even considering coming in until the "ambiguity" over rule enforcement goes away.
