Isn't that just the chance companies take when they make a product placement deal? I doubt Ford was happy about Steve McQueen crashing all those cars.

I see that Farkers' inability to spell "Peloton" continues.

90% of your customers don't even use the product after a month... so even if it were dangerous, not an issue.

Depends.  If you make a deal with a production, you can require stipulations on its usage.  From the article, it doesn't sound like this was a product placement deal made between the two companies.

Peloton has issues, but the fact that something like this can affect stock price is just another clear indication that the stock market is bullshiat.

Well, they want to make sure the movies featuring their products are age appropriate for the child slaves that build them.

Either the headline writer was having a stroke while writing the headline, or I'm having a stroke while trying to read it.

Or maybe both?

How would they have any say in the issue? If Paramount orders 5,000 iPads, does Apple say, "Sure, but you can't use them in your movies!"

What about some product that's 10 or 20 years old? Does the company who made it still have IP rights to it? When do IP rights end for a product?

Why buy the things when apple will pay you large amounts of money to feature their product?
