The far side will pretty much be in full sun that day (4% waxing on our side), if the Chinese rover can get to high enough ground, it might be able to see it coming in, although Yutu-2's too far south to see it actually hit near the equator. It might get some of the dust kicked up tho, 4 metric tons at 2.6km/s should kick up a little dust.

It's Lunar FARside, not 'Darkside'.

Full Moon / New Moon kinda shows that all sides of the moon alternate light and dark on a two week cycle.
