At $15.99 for 750 ml, that sounds expensive to me.

I saw an interesting thing on a battery made of cow poop a few years ago, and it seems they're catching on. And once there's no more electricity, it's still useful cow poop for fertilizer etc. The original application was I think for powering electric lights in rural homes. Pretty clever.

If you could split both phosphorus and methane out of treatment plants, not only would you have two revenue sources, you'd hurt someone like mosaic.
