Just cocaine.

Don't know if he's a long list son, but it does seem like has a fairly sizable cocaine stash.

I do t k is it this is tuk tuk or that Chinese push/pull engine, but it's probably a bad idea to con the wrong people.

And I mean it literally is the same - look at the windscreen, groove down the side, front lights, single wiper, etc.

It's a car which launched in 1982 and was made until 1998.

As I kid I lived in a small town with a small factory that built snowcats. One was modified for the original Battlestar Galactica series. It only appeared briefly in one episode I can recall, but the company name was always listed in the credits.

At the peak of DeLorean fame, his company bought our snowcat company and renamed it Logan Manufacturing Company, with a LMC logo copied after their DMC logo. (No, not Run DMC). Everyone thought that was weird, DeLorean wasn't buying lots of factories, but everyone thought it was cool. Our town's snowcats are DeLoreans!

Not long afterward, maybe a year, John DeLorean got arrested for that coke bust. The local company split into its own company and everybody in town pretended they never heard of that guy that got coffee.

This could explain it.

The Taliban have never sought a nuke but they are the biggest drug lords in Central Asia.

Cybertruck's stainless steel was a nod to DeLorean's original plans. And John DeLorean was a juicy target for the FBI's entrapment scheme - indebted rich guy down on his luck who was desperate for quick cash, who by the way the big 3 wanted off the scene. I wonder how many such offers Elon has had to bat aside over the years. If the FBI really wanted to stop drug smuggling they wouldn't be participating in it, or they'd idk go after the CIA better. Lotta interesting DeLorean lore here:

Meh, I think his Reliant remake is pretty fun as a kit car. it's not a "replica" per se, and I don't have any understanding of how Fiero Ferrari kit cars are "allowed" to wear Ferrari embalms and stickers so he could probably plug away without getting in trouble.

Someone out there at a big tech campus or in a very packed city will think this is fun and useful.

But I'm going to go ahead and suggest that the guy is either crazy or has a very interesting sense of humour, I think the Taliban are more interested in a barge load of Hiluxs than this thing.

I'm retired from the whole DeLorean historian hobby. Over a quarter century of reading archives, books, microfiche, let alone correcting facts online has been fun, but I'm moving on. Others are picking up the work with new books and another documentary coming out.

I still lurk, but before I officially finished last year, this nut job was one of my last encounters.

He joined several of our Facebook groups and started posting his bullshiat there. The thing to understand is that about a year or two prior to the construction of DMCL (the factory where the cars were built), there was another local factory owner who was kidnapped by the IRA and held for ransom. While being held, he died.

As a result of this, John Z. De Lorean never stayed the night in Northern Ireland. Yea, he had a room at Hotel Europa, but it pretty much was only for freshening up between meetings and events. By sundown his security detail would always evacuate him back to Britain by airplane each night to sleep in a hotel suite there for his safety.

Having pointed this out to Ty here (which isn't his real name), and questioning when exactly JZD would have had time for a random sexual encounter with his mother that his security detail would have left him by himself and vulnerable to engage in and risking the kidnapping they were supposed to protect him from, this dude went ballistic.

Lots of other people bullied this dude, but I warned a couple of other contacts to just leave him alone. I knew he was trouble.

He's likely already committed arson with fires being set and claiming sabotage at his place. He is getting more outlandish, and more violent.

This guy, if he doesn't get help, is going to kill someone.

In 1981 Road & Track did a test of the DeLorean. And in handling, it kicked the everloving shiat out if the Corvette. And that was using factory suspension. Only problems against Porsche & Ferrari was the engine power.

Install Eibach or KW coil overs on one now and it only gets better. Especially paired with an LS swap...
