So you're just an entitled man-child with money and no sense.
...
Okay.

There is zero chance there isn't some narcissistic personality or oppositional defiance disorder at work.

That dude is full on cray

He has taken part in photo shoots and has linked up with pals Kanye West, Floyd Mayweather and Madonna.

That reads like the quintessential list of the "last people to see a celebrity alive" in a story about a tragic overdose.

So he's just an asshole then?

Mental health is a Catch 22. Crazy people usually deny that they need help. But if you think you're crazy other people will usually insist there's nothing wrong with you unless your behavior is obviously erratic or wildly self-destructive.

We either ignore the problem, or we go so fascist authoritarian on the patient that Mussolini would go, "That's-a a little-a too mu-cha."  There is no such thing as a middle ground in America.

So he's an asshole. Can we stop blaming other players for Antonio's actions now?

It seems to me that the people who need mental health help the most, don't know they need it.

I can hardly wait for the day when this guy fades from public consciousness.

When asked to assess his own mental health, Brown said "absolutely Burfict."

2022-01-21 10:41:15 AM
"Also, can't you see that it's late at night? I'm very tired and I'm not feeling right."

"There's nothing wrong with my mental health" is one of the craziest things AB has ever said.

There's been something wrong with his mental health for a long time.

You mean like, now? Guaranteed 90% of Americans have no idea who this guy is, and since his "job" is to catch footballs and he currently refuses to do so, the other 10% are already moving on.

You can be an asshole *and* be in need of mental health care.

Some people are just assholes. Don't bring the mentality I'll into it.

You're typical asshole doesn't always try to shoot somebody else through their own foot.  The sheer self-destructiveness on display was overwhelming, although considering his job was to catch footballs and then immediately be crushed by steroid addled freaks makes the "self destructive" side iffy.

Really doubt he has any money left, or at least will in under a year.  It might make a ton of sense if he could financially afford it.

Time to biopsy that brain for CTE...

Thanks for demonstrating my point. People like you teach the lesson that trying to be functional and just barely keeping it together is a mistake; if you want help, sympathy, or attention you need to be a trainwreck.

It's like in school where they're so worried about the kids who might fail because of drugs or crime or teen pregnancy they don't pay any attention to C students who could be A students if they had any direction or motivation.

"I'm not crazy.  Really it just boils down to being a selfish dewschnozzle." said Brown
