That's always been true about Starbucks coffee. It's always been awful. Most of their customers don't care because the drinks they're ordering have so much sugar, cream, and other crap in them that the coffee is functionally irrelevant. But their black coffee is undrinkable, burnt swill.

The nice thing about their newly medievalized vaccine policy is that continuing to not patronize them has a nice moral feeling to it as well.

The fact that I never go into a Starbucks hasn't slowed them down one bit up to now; my continuing in that will likely have a similar effect.

Oh look, it's a "we all hate the 'bux" thread again.  Think there's a thread going on about something going on with Safari on i-devices as well for your daily dose of Apple bashing.

All we need now is a BMW thread for Farkers to get their full 2 Minutes Hate in or else they'll be cranky in the morning.

Hey, remember when people used to be like "Starbucks is a great company to work for"?

Let's keep those unions coming.

I'm sorry, but are you defending Starbucks here?

This is a problem of Starbucks own making. Yes, the Government's vaccine mandate was partially struck down. That by itself doesn't prevent Starbucks from operating responsibly and safely. Starbucks CHOSE to go the unsafe, irresponsible route once there was no 'cover' or anyone to blame.

AND BMW also for good measure.  Wouldn't surprise me if they have to get to the gym in 26 minutes

Am I boycotting it if i never go in the first place?

Starbucks raised American's consciousness about the quality of the coffee they drink. Now there's a much better selection available. I guess we have Seattle to thank for that.
