I hope the owner realizes that the rightful owner is May and he can keep it.   It's absolutely what I would do and boy would I have a story to tell about it.

This guy understands the long con May is running. I was onto it from the start.

I'm kind of hoping that the person who misplaced this particular instrument is a female with an expansive derrière.

And I'm betting so does Dr. May.

An "urgent" plea? It's a guitar, not a human kidney.

Has May played it? Maybe played '39 or Love of My Life on it?

If I lost a geetar and saw that Dr. May found it and was looking for the owner I would really hope the astrophysicist had played it a bit.

Then I would sit it in my home and give it the Nigel Tufnel "it can't be played" reverential treatment.

Way more kidneys than guitars in the world.

its still worse if you steal or misplace a kidney. Although I think its safe to say the original owner probably doesn't want the kidney back if it was lost in a subway station.  Twitter is also not the first place I'd go to see if anyone knows who it belongs to and ask what else is in it.

But, have you ever heard a kidney played by an expert?

he needs to play it.    makes the axe with so much more, in more ways than one.

That guitar wasn't lost!  It was abandoned.

How can Brian May be walking around the city and past tube stations and random guitars without being mobbed by fans? That is amazing - glad he gets some normalcy in his daily life.
