I did this at my company back in September. If you get COVID-19 and show proof of vaccination, I'll pay sick time while you quarantine per county guidelines. If you don't have proof of vaccination, then you still quarantine, but no pay. My entire company was vaccinated within 2 weeks of that policy change.

Just had an employee test positive, the first time since then. Hope he's the only in this wave.
