Only thing that ever worked for me was an IV drip. I rarely get nauseous, but the headaches are a biatch and that bag really helped. Also, steal one of your kids adderall.

Drank myself into oblivion 4 nights a week for about 8 years. In all that time I found no better cure than to drink tons of water before you pass out.
In the short amount of time you're not blacked out drunk or recovering from a raging hangover go to the gym, develop the strength to face your own thoughts, and work on your underlying issues.

That's the real cure, was for me anyhow. I was lucky enough to work my way out of it. Had some friends drown in the bottle.

Tomato juice is vile, but I like the idea of spices with the booze. What's a good substitute? French onion soup with vodak?

Oh, there will be pain and anxiety eventually and all at once.

Pedialyte.  Or Gatorade.  Hangovers are caused by dehydration.  Anything that gets fluids back in your system fast will work.

I've seen I think one semi-legit study proving it has no effect, but for me it's water. If I know I'm drinking that day I hit the water HARD and early (after my coffee, of course). I try to get as hydrated as I can before I start, follow all my drinks with a big cup of water and have at least a few more big cups before I go to bed. I'm usually waking up the next day feeling fairly close to normal.

When you disguise the taste of the tomatoes with lemon juice, Worcestershire, horseradish, olive juice, a couple olives, pepper, a tiny pinch of ground celery seed, a slice of pizza, a turkey leg, three pulled pork sliders and a shiatload of vodka, they're not bad.
