Brain plaque caused by the standard american diet will sweep the world until people eat real, unprocessed food.  Foods grown in a garden rather than a factory.  Animals that eat real food rather than whatever is the cheapest and easiest way top get them to market weight.  They're calling dementia "Type 3 Diabetes" for some really good reasons.

I live in a country where half the people think the cheeto is still president.  How much time is it worth to try to tell these same people that their diet can have a devastating impact on brain health?
