MoriartyLives: Brain plaque caused by the standard american diet will sweep the world until people eat real, unprocessed food.  Foods grown in a garden rather than a factory.  Animals that eat real food rather than whatever is the cheapest and easiest way top get them to market weight.  They're calling dementia "Type 3 Diabetes" for some really good reasons.

I live in a country where half the people think the cheeto is still president.  How much time is it worth to try to tell these same people that their diet can have a devastating impact on brain health?

//two paragraphs I guess

No one calls it that.

That's not how brain plaques are formed (Hint:  We still have ZERO idea why/how they're formed.  If we did, we'd be able to make treatments for it).

All food is processed (unless you eat raw food...  good luck not dying of parasites and bacterial infections)

Foods are not 'grown' in factories.  I don't even know to respond to something so dumb.

Also, and I can't stress this enough: DEMENTIA RATES HAVE ACTUALLY BEEN GOING DOWN.  SIGNIFICANTLY.  That also significantly undercuts your copy+pasted buzzwords.

Pigeonhole: beezeltown: I thought this would be a geriatric dating app story.

Maybe it can be:
FTA: More on this story: Viagra may be useful against Alzheimer's dementia.

Interesting how all three of the high risk factors named involve poorer circulation.  Brains are energy gluttons, even if you don't use them much.  Reduced blood flow also cuts "garbage" collection.
