It's ten different kinds of creepy, but I'd stop short of terrifying. It can reconstruct where a person is in an empty room because a bag of mostly water perturbs otherwise-known RF propagation.

Unless they're using mm waves they're not going to have a picture of your face, and mm waves don't propagate through hardly anything for squat.
