Which, it occurred to me to check, includes Pringles, Keebler, Eggo, Pop-Tarts, Morningstar Farms, and more.

I guess this'll help me eat less processed food...

It's (past) time to start boycotting these companies, count me in.  Kelloggs has a "contact us" that you can use to register your displeasure at their shiatty labor practices as well.

Snappy asides, uh, aside, it looks like Kellogg is going to replace the union workers:

They are going to hire at the demanded rates of the union, so I don't see how this is a win for the union. Because those people just lost their jobs.

Problem solved.

Sounds like a good start.

That assumes that the workers are easily replaceable.

"Interest in the (permanent replacement) roles has been strong at all four plants, as expected. We expect some of the new hires to start with the company very soon,"

OOOH.. Strong "interest".

Another example of well-paid union leadership willing to sellout the rank-and-file.

I was in my 60s before I realized that my Dad had been a scab. The factory workers of his company went on strike so the company dragooned their sales force to go up to Michigan to work the assembly line. If it ever bothered him, he never said so. I do remember there was a pic of some of the cars trying to drive through the picket line. But I only saw that once.
