Because it's the Daily Fail I no longer believe cults exist, but then there is the Daily Fail.

Texas really needs to stop dumping its rejects in Colorado. We have enough of our own derp and don't need to import any more.

19 Billion years old? ( per the article) I checked my Roman and Aztec calendars and question the math.

Who saw it coming?

I'm getting an Arby's manager vibe off this one. It's the polo.

Only seriously jacked up guys should wear those. Says "make me wear a button down. IF YOU CAN!"

And yet, she was Jesus reincarnated and one of Trump's children. All you have to do is square infinity, then divide by zero. My math checks out just fine.

The article has a video of the police discovering the body. They think it's hilarious. One of them says it looks like mummification, yet the followers were charged with abusing a corpse, perhaps because the eyes were gone? Or was the makeup abuse? Asking for a friend.

I think for propping her up in the corner for a month and a half and worshipping her while waiting for her resurrection or whatever they were doing.

The odds of being a reincarnated famous person are significantly less than the odds of being a famous person right now.  No, you are not the reincarnation of Vlad the Impaler, you are the reincarnation of Wilbert, a toothless, 8-fingered, dimwit, shiat-covered peasant who died of starvation while working in a field of food, like millions of others.

These same people always choose dragons, lions, griffins, or some other powerful, majestic creature for their "spirit animals", when they're really all naked mole rats.

Well.  It makes QAnon look only marginally insane, anyway.

That's an accomplishment.

I think the men in blue laughing at the blue women is more disturbing and disrespectful. At least the cult, as crazy as they may be, attempted to pay respect to their blue leader.

Also WRT the pandemic and drinking colloidal silver like a moron, that is what it does to your skin.

It's absolutely irreversible & doesn't go back to normal if you stop, either.

The odds of being a reincarnated famous person are the same as being a reincarnate peasant.  Zero.

Also, if it were true, who's to say you're not reincarnated a million times.  You're really only going to talk about the good times, right?

I don't understand why they would put that on the internet.  that's not what bodycam footage is for.  or are they filming because they're unprofessional and fancy themselves as tv stars?

True, for sure.

But it seems they develop faster and are more self-assured now. Immediately finding a bunch of others who agree with you and want to be with and work with you quickly creates a self-reinforcing community - for good or ill. Whether it's to work for a social justice initiative to bind your nation's wounds, or to worship the Returned Aquarian Mother of God & Light in Colorado Springs.

Jeebus :"Carlson founded the cult in 2018, with followers believing she was 19 billion years old and a daughter of Donald Trump. Her supporters believed she existed as a 'higher consciousness' than other humans and would lead a group of 144,000 people to the 'fifth dimension,' a heavenly place beyond the 'regular world'"

I'd start a cult if they'd provide me with booze.  When the end comes near and I announce that I am to ascend Mount Natty Light, I'll set an email to delay delivery (3 days is cromulent) and my dear fleeced followers will get an email after I died that I was resurected as 2022 Telsa driven by a beautiful blonde chick who likes to hike up her short skirt and press those buttocks in to my faux leather face.

Maybe we could hand out free samples of colloidal silver and tell them it's better than a vaccine because we knew a guy that took it rectally and never got the COVID?  They would certainly believe us, as we are Internet experts and definitely not scientists.

Back when reincarnation and past life regression was the big fad, some comedian was making fun of the fact that somehow all these poor fools were always not just famous people, but famous GOOD people. Like, every woman was Cleopatra and Joan of Arc, every man was Alexander or Napoleon. Nobody was coming up as, say Lucretia Borgia or Stalin. And no one was ever "John of Leeds who died of plague in 1349" or "unknown woman of the Icenii who was raped to death by an unknown Roman soldier."

So apparently not only is reincarnation possible, but only the good and great souls get recycled; leaving one to wonder where all the bad and mundane people come from.
