FINALLY got my booster shot yesterday.  Work was making it impossible for nearly a month since I'm basically the only one who can do my job at the moment. I put my foot down and told my boss I had to get my booster and we would have to deal with work stuff second. I made sure to include the doctor I work with in the email so obviously my boss would comply. I went to find the pop up clinic and couldn't find it. So I scheduled an appointment for yesterday but it took driving nearly 20 miles outside my city to find a slot that was available.  All the available slots were during the work day and/or end of the week at minimum.  When I got my booster I was fifth in line for it. Everyone was getting one.

They need to spin it as "number of Delta cases declines".

Tough spot - if the administration tries to fight COVID like the US once fought polio, half the country will do their best to do their worst to make things worse just to spite it.  If they do nothing, people keep dying.

But at least it's MOSTLY the people who deserve to die who are doing the dying.  At the very least, the government ought to be saying that outside of socializing American healthcare, anybody who chooses to be unvaccinated is also choosing to be excluded from healthcare insurance.

Well, that's an easy prediction at my house.
