That is some outstanding Russian propaganda. "See, we love puppies, particularly homeless ones!" I bet Putin is just out of sight shoving dogs at everyone. In fact I bet he dognapped them in the first place which is how they became homeless.

Okay, that was adorable, propaganda or not. But I'm sure Russian shelters are overwhelmed with stray dogs just like every other country. And Russians, believe it or not, are still human beings, and I'm certain there are plenty of Russians who absolutely love dogs. Because it's a damn dog.

But that last guy cracked me up. He was so far behind everyone else and he was starting at the dog the whole time, even gave it a kiss on the head. I'm pretty sure I know who that puppy went home with.

I mean shiat, put a puppy in my arms: "Would you like to adopt a puppy? It's free!" "No, no. Can't afford it, too much trouble, can't make it work, just no." "Here, hold him for a second." "Okay, I guess I can figure this out".
