Yes.  Everything he presents can be eaten.  He covers this a couple of times in episode one on Netflix.

His work is awesome, but this is still an ad.

Most machine shops don't have pottery wheels.  But plenty of kitchens have lazy susans for cake decorating

You can find plumbing supplies (propane torches, PVC pipe cut down for ring molds) in lots of professional kitchens.  Many home chefs have wood working tools (microplane), too.

I'm not sure if the pastry bag or grout bag came first, but an 'offset spatula' is basically a lightweight version of a pointing trowel, so there are masonry tools in kitchens, too
